Our new facility spans over 10,000 square meters and is equipped with modern processing equipment. There are sewing equipment, single-needle flat sewing machine, twin-needle flat sewing machine, automatic machine, cut machine, etc. We employ more than 200 staff members, and our annual production capacity reaches 2.5 million pieces. Due to export duty-free benefits and lower labor costs, we have established a factory in Cambodia since 2024, operated by over 500 workers and utilizing advanced automated equipment. We can ensure a monthly output capacity of 200,000 pieces.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our 10-member IQC (Incoming Quality Control) team ensures that the bags meet high-quality standards. We inspect raw materials, verify components, test the durability of the bags, and communicate with suppliers to maintain the overall quality. The inspection scope includes hardware salt-spray test, corrosion-resistance test, leather rub-resistance test, and color-fastness tensile test.
Quality Control Procedures
In a leather bag manufacturer's quality inspection process, once the raw materials arrive, they immediately undergo Incoming Quality Control (IQC). Any non-conforming materials are promptly returned or rejected. After that, the approved materials enter the In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) stage. During this phase, production checks are carried out to ensure consistency throughout the manufacturing process. If any defective products are found, they are either reworked or scrapped.
